After your initial Deep Clean, complete at least 2 standard recurring cleans to keep the discounted rate. Your Deep Clean does not count as one of the two.
You pay as you go. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime, with one simple condition outlined below.
Early cancellation: If you cancel before completing 2 recurring cleans, we charge back the $100 discount you received on your first Deep Clean. No other penalties.

If a job goes more than 30 minutes over the original time estimate, our standard overtime rate of $60/hour applies, billed in 30-minute increments. We always contact you to approve any additional time before we proceed. You stay in control of the cost.
This applies to Deep Cleans and Move In/Out jobs only. Recurring maintenance cleans are not subject to overtime. The buffer and overtime rate above apply only to first-time Deep Cleans and Move In/Out services.
